A few weekends ago, we went to a crawdad (crawfish) boil. There was 120 pounds of them! Some things I learned:
1. Crawdads must be alive before they are boiled. If they are dead, you throw them out.
2. It's considered "normal" to suck out their heads.. gross.
3. They kinda taste like lobster.
4. I cannot look something in the eye that I am about to eat.
5. I don't like them.
